A long time ago I began to wonder why some of the people around me didn't get along in their relationships. I saw people who weren't reaching their potential. Some seemed to struggle while others didn't.
I have a deep interest in peoples lives and in research and results. I wondered if I could learn how to help myself and those around me live better lives.
My curiosity led first to my own therapy, and later to a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary.
Since beginning my practice in Chicago in 2010, I've had the privilege of partnering with many individuals, couples and families. I believe in practical steps, giving my clients tools they can use in their daily lives to navigate challenges in a more fulfilling way.
In therapy sessions, I work to help my clients understand and accept the past as well as who they are right now. But we don't stay there. Together we explore the opportunities and choices that can lead to a better life and a better future.
